This is the third batch of the Swedish gingerbread recipe…

First time; somebody (who shall not be named) forgot to put any sugar in the mix… needless to say but it was absolutely disgusting!!

Second time; Simply Devine! Don’t know why exactly it was soooo good but they were addictive.

Third time; Same recipe as second time but not in the same taste league whatsoever… But I am assured that this is how they are “supposed to be” and the second batch was just an accident… Disappointing… So instead of eating them I tried to build a tower out of it…
